Open Access License and Copyright

Journals published by ‘Centre for Info Bio Technology’ (CIBTech), are an open access journals. CIBTech allows usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.

Articles published in our Journals come under the terms of the following Creative Commons Attribution License:

· Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC) license

This license allows users to copy, distribute and transmit an article, and adapt the open access article, as long as the author is properly attributed. Distribution of the article for commercial purpose is restricted under such license.

Authors grant CIBTech a license to publish the article and identify it as the original publisher.

Under this license the authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.

User can use the article in whole or part in any medium recognizing the author and publication in following way:

[Author’s name/Title of Article/Journal Name/Volume/Issue/Year/Copyright owner as mentioned in the Journal]. Links to the final article available on CIBTech’s website are encouraged where pertinent.

The License does not alter the moral rights of authors, including without limitation the right not to have their work subjected to derogatory treatment. Other rights of the authors or third parties in the articles are not affected by the license. Such rights include trademark or patent rights; and the rights of privacy and publicity.

User will make it clear that the article is made available under a Creative Commons Attribution license, linking to the relevant Creative Commons web page.
