fully agree to the terms and conditions
laid down by the
CIBTech or Its Associated Journals
which are as follows:

and Authors:

and all
its web pages
which include webpages of all the seven
journals published by CIBTech.

Visitor means
anyone who visits
www.cibtech.org.

Journal/Journals means any/all the 16
Journals (see home page for their name
and hyperlinks) published by CIBTech.

The visitor should agree that he/she has
visited the website
and have accessed the contents for his/her own
personal use but not for any commercial use.

The visitor/user
can read, download, copy, distribute,
print, search, or link to the full texts
of open access articles
(for
non commercial purposes). Please

The visitor will not revise any
material published in the Website.

The visitors will not access any data not
intended for them. Neither will he/she
attempt to interfere with the services
provided to other users.

Uses of this Journal in whole or in part
must include the customary bibliographic
citation, including author attribution, date
and article title.

consequential damages of any kind arising
out of or in connection with the use of the
articles or other material derived from the
Journal, whether or not advised of the
possibility of damage, and on any theory of

Though the articles published in
Journal are
peer reviewed yet we don't guarantee the
accuracy of any data, opinion or statement
thus published in this web site. The author acknowledges that he/she is
responsible for the form, content and
accuracy of any material submitted to the
Journal for insertion in the website.
Submitting any article means, matter
such as photographs, diagrams etc
originally belongs to the author. If the
matter has been taken from somewhere
else, the author must ensure that he/she
has taken permission (to submit the
matter for publication) in writing from
the original author/publisher to whom
the matter actually belongs.

Similarly,
accuracy of statement published in the advertisements herein
is the responsibility of the advertiser concerned.

Reviewer/editor/referee can put the article in any
category after scrutinizing it i.e., an
article submitted as research article
can be categorized as General article after
our referee's recommendations. No author
can recommend or force CIBTech or
Journal to change the category of the
article.

Author must ensure that the original
article submitted or Galley proof
returned by the author must not have any
mistake. If it happens then the author
will be responsible for that and will
not hold editorial office of CIBTech or
its journal, responsible for it.

The author will not use any word/sentence hurting
the sentiments of any community or group of
people. The customer/advertiser shall not
transmit or distribute to or from or store
on the website any material which is
obscene, threatening, and distasteful or
controversial as per any law or regulation.

No author is allowed to enquire about
the reviewer's/editor's/referee's
identity or vice versa.

Author must
download
and read the publication ethics before
submitting any article for publication.
For Advisory/Editorial/Reviewer Board
Members:
-
All
the positions of advisory/editorial/reviewer board members
are voluntary and temporary and no board member will
claim for the permanent position in the
respective board of
Journal
or in
CIBTech. For the quality enhancement, contributions of board
members will be evaluated every year
before continuing their membership for
the subsequent year.

Board members are expected to agree and
follow all the terms and conditions
given in our
Instructions for Reviewers
webpage while reviewing any article.
-
All the
papers submitted by our board members will
undergo the
same process of evaluation applicable to
any other author of the Journal.
-
Board members will have to
actively contribute in successive
quality enhancement and campaigning of
the Journal. Critical suggestions for
the same are always welcome.

Board
members/Reviewers or members of
Journals/CIBTech must preserve the confidentiality
of the unpublished works. Neither the
Journals'
members nor the CIBTech will disclose the
identity of the reviewer to the author.
Even if it happens by mistake, neither the
reviewer nor the author will try to make any
false remarks at each other. The decision of
the Editorial Office will be final in this
case and must be acceptable to both the
parties.
